Last posting until next winter
Hope everyone has a great spring and summer. We have a few projects this summer to improve our trails. Next step is to remove all the signs and get trails locked up for the summer.

NO SNOW!!!
Grass in growing
Tuesday March 9

Saturday March 7th
Forecast: Sunny & 40 Plus degrees!!!!
The statement above should answer all your quetions on trail conditions. The only chance for riding would be trail 992 to POsen but expect stone areas as the sun takes it toll. Well maybe spring is here as for now we are all on hold. This is one of the worst winters on record for snow but hope spring and summer are better.

Thursday March 4th
Sunshine and warm temperaturers have eliminated most of the riding in our area. The only exception is still trail 992 to Posen which is in good condition. The forecast is not good for sledding so it looks like everything is going down hill.

Monday March 1
We can only recommend riding trail 992 to Posen and beyond. It was groomed today and great condition. Other trails are questionable at best.
A special note that trail 4 between Herron and King Settlement Roads will be closed to all traffic on Thursday of this week for a culvert installation.

Sunday Feb 28  2:00 PM
The best riding still is trail 992 to Posen. It has been groomed again today and has lots of snow! Devil's LAke is also very good but getting to it is rough. Trail 4 is good in alpena but only west to about Herron Road.

Saturday Feb 27 7:00AM
We got new snow but hard to say exactly how much. I would guess from 3 to 5". Groomers are out working and reports are that trails are in good condition. Due to wind you might find some drifting and even thin areas where the the snow has blown across the trails. Forecast is for warming temperaturers so now might be the time to ride.

Thursday Feb 25  7:30PM
Quick update on trails
TRail 992 to Posen was just groomed and is very good condition.
All other trails need snow and are very thin!!!

Monday Feb 22 7:30PM
The big snow storm hit today!!!! 1 to 2"
The only trail that we would recommend  would be trail 992 to Posen and beyond. The rest of the system needs more snow then we got.
Saturday Feb 20th 4:45
Sunny & 38 degrees
Just a short update that trail 992 to Posen and Millersburg is great shape and gets much better as you get further west. Trail 4 is not go and only rideable close to Alpena

.

Trail Reports
Please note that we will do our best to give you an true indication of existing trail conditions but also be aware that they can vary greatly as our system covers a very large area. If it appears that the update is from a few days back it is because either the conditions have not changed or we are out riding.
